In recent years, China's investment in R&D of domestically-made detection instruments has greatly increased, and the performance and stability of equipment and equipment are steadily increasing. However, for a long time, the testing instrument market has always been monopolized by foreign brands, resulting in “l(fā)ab testing instruments with almost the same function and parameters, and the import price is much higher than domestic ones, but it still becomes the first choice for customers”.
The launch of this promotion conference has provided a brand-new service model for solving the bottleneck problem of lack of authoritative technical verification data and detection methods in the promotion of domestic testing equipment and equipment, and also provides enterprises with a participatory structural reform of the supply side. The promotion attracted more than 100 delegates from leading experts from government departments and relevant associations, testing and certification bodies, instrument manufacturers, and authoritative laboratories. The evaluation work helped the establishment of testing standards by using the platform of “Capital Science and Technology Condition Monitoring Platform for Testing and Certification” to solve the bottleneck that the lack of testing standards of equipment and equipment restricts the development of enterprises. The coverage of domestic equipment evaluation services has now expanded from the original analytical instrument field to the four fields of physical performance, electronic measurement and metering.
 
In the five years since this work was carried out, 24 domestically produced instruments and equipment from 18 companies in Beijing, Shanghai and Dalian have been evaluated, 6 successful seminars have been successfully held, and strong support from the Beijing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology has mobilized capital science and technology. 52 sub-member laboratories and 80 experts in the conditional platform conducted evaluation on 24 instruments and equipment of 18 home-made analytical instrument manufacturers, established an authoritative domestic test equipment verification and comprehensive evaluation platform, and established certification and accreditation The industry's first assessment guideline lays a solid foundation for the continuous development of the assessment work.
